Been using for 2 weeks now. I do 1 scoop in my smoothie and drink half one day and the other half the next so I'm only using half a serving each day. I've been struggling with digestive issues for several years now. Turns out that I have an issue with wheat/gluten and even though it's been removed from my diet, I still suffer most of the time. After using this about a week, I've started to feel closer to normal than I have in years. Not perfect, but considerably better. The flavor is great, but a little too sweet for my preference. I used to have a seemingly flawless digestive system years ago. I wish I would have connected the wheat/gluten issue earlier as it doesn't seem I'll ever be the same. Ever since switching to a higher protein, lower carb diet and being more selective of the foods that I eat, my intake of fruits and vegetables has fluctuated a lot. Being a fan of Redcon’s other products, I gave this a shot. Been using it for about 2 weeks now and really enjoy the benefits from it. I mix it with 12 oz of water and drink along with breakfast in the morning. I would suggest making sure you shake very well, otherwise it’ll be a little gritty. Also normally when it comes to flavors if I’m unsure I’ll default to a Strawberry/Watermelon/Grape, so chose Grape and for someone who isn’t that picky about tastes for supplements (I mean we’re talking about supplements, no desserts), the grape flavor is tolerable, but not great. To me it tastes more like prunes than grapes. Maybe next time I’ll go for the pineapple banana. ... show more

This is my 2nd day using this product so my review at this point is strictly based on taste as I’d rather allow more time to see the digestive benefits. That being said, I have the pineapple banana flavor and it is by far the best tasting greens formula I’ve had and I’ve tried quite a few! It tastes fine on its own but if you really want to unlock the flavor potential, blend it with a Fit & Wellness pack as seen in the picture and you’ll never go back to tropical cafe for smoothies again! ... show more

Apparently there is a new formula (powder is green now) for the pineapple banana and it does not taste good at all... they've removed the ox bile (this helps with digestion) and replaced with algae (yes... that earthy smell you get from being near a stagnant pond). Tried it this morning and will probably give it a couple more days... but definitely unhappy with the purchase and likely to not purchase any more ... show more

This is a knock off. The powder that was mailed to me from this company is green and the one I got at GNC is a completely different color, completely different taste, and the containers are completely different sizes with different lettering on the containers.

Great option compared to others on the market. I have a glass in mornings. The flavor isn't horrible along with texture/consistency. Definitely not a sipper, it's best to just slam it and go.

I've purchased this product three times now. This time, packaging was the same. But when I opened it, I was unsure it was the correct product. Usually it is a pale powder, and this one is green with white specks and has a green tea/matcha smell to it. The flavor is supposed to be "pineapple banana" and usually mixes up to be purple-ish. The flavor of this one is off, so there's now way to know what I'm truly drinking/what I actually purchased. I will be contacting the seller. ... show more
