Had zero problems got the house and deck cleaned up nice, use non ethanol gas in this or rec fuel so it lasts longer. My only complaint is to fill the oil it’s at a weird angle to fill and had to lift it up on one side to fill so that’s dumb where they put the spot to fill oil imo and i own a lot of small gas powered lawn equipment and they got it wrong when they designed it to fill at an almost 45 degree angle. Otherwise it’s nice and I’d buy again seems to work great ran it 3 hours straight without any issues, attachments are great and hose is long enough. My wife was able to use the pressure washer without any problems so that’s another plus because it’s user friendly and starts up on first pull usually and not a hard pull so women can easily start it and not a puzzle for them. ... show more

    • Dangerous Product Blew Up Upon First Start

This is the most disappointing purchase I have ever made. I assembled the power washer as indicated in the directions. Filled it with gas and oil and after 5 pulls the machine started. Upon starting thick white smoke filled the air and it stalled. I restarted the machine and got the same result. I figured since the machine was brand new that it just needed to work itself out with all of the new fluids (gas/oil). So, I gave it a third try however this time was different, in addition to the thick white smoke there was a loud pop/bang and a small explosion. Oil was pouring out of the machine and made a mess everywhere. Went on Amazon to start the return process only to find out that the product is non-returnable. Now I'll need to speak with Amazon's customer service in order to return and get a refund. Avoid the headache and don't purchase this product. ... show more

I was disappointed w this product. Used it a few times and pump failed. I notified the seller here on Amazon and they sent me a brand new pressure washer!! Excellent service!!

Didn't receive everything listed in included items in Box, Most importantly The container of Engine Oil was not included. There was also a fitting attached to the water inlet of the pump that looks like a quick connect fitting but is much bigger than the rest of the fittings. the correct quick connects on the spray wand and hose is 1/4 to M22. The fitting on the water inlet is 3/4 male screw-in adapter to what looks like either 3/8 or 5/8 male Quick connect. Does not match anything on this pressure washer. Seems kinda odd. If anyone knows what this could be used for, Let me know. Update: Have assembled and tested pressure washer, Starts pretty easy and runs well. Has much more pressure at the wand than expected. I’m not easily impressed by things like this but it definitely has my attention. My biggest question is how long will it last before repairs will be needed, with proper maintenance done as required. At this point I would give it a solid 8 out of 10 based on performance and ease of use. Update: It's now December and I've tried using pressure washer a few more times over the summer and fall. Main Complaint is Motor is extremely hard to start, When it runs, it runs well. Getting it to run is a another issue all together. Will check to see if adding electric starter is an option. ... show more

Only used the power washer 6-8 times after just owning for 5 months with little use the pump started making a terrible noise and now it still runs but the pump doesn't work and makes a horrible noise. I'm highly mechanically inclined and feel I shouldn't have to tear it apart and fix it since it's basically still new and slightly used ... show more
