  • Bas’ito!

This Body Action System is bad ass! Does everything Bas Rutten says it can do. Takes a hell of a beating and it’s not going anywhere.

  • Outstanding!

Money well spent for a great quality product. I'm a heavy weight. So what I consider a "love tap", usually breaks things. Been hittin' 100lb heavy bags of sand for years, I thought that this product 1 or 2 combinations and with the sandbags (I use 6) it's still gonna move a few feet. Nope, gave it a flurry of deep hard hits didn't move an inch. If you don't get one of these you're going to miss the re-found fun of hitting hard as you can and not destroying your hands, wrists, knees or elbows in the process. My teenage daughter comes home from high school and hits the machine to release & decompress (Wife does too, but not because of me😉😜🤪😝 lol) but you gotta get one! ... show more

  • Very nice piece of gear

I like the adjustability of it. A lot more options than a simple bag, or "Bob". And the additional cost isn't that much more for what you get. I'm older, so my f is on

  • My husband says this has been the best gift yet!
Style: X2
My husband loves this product. He was a martial arts instructor and feels this machine allows him to easily train by himself. He likes the different angles that he can place the arms for various movements. He put more weights on the base support in addition to the weight bags that came with it because he is a big man who can strike hard. ... show more

I have wanted one of these for a long time and was excited to see this for a good price. Only problem is that it had been returned by another customer and the box was torn up. Luckily none of the parts we're missing. In fact I received double the sand bags required. The instructions could be better but it isn't that difficult to put together. My biggest complaint is that there we're 2 pictures and I thought it came with both the top and bottom bars. It only came with the top, but I will keep it and end up buying the bottom bar if need be. ... show more

  • Ok this is awesome!
Style: X2
You have to watch Bas’ infomercial on YouTube to see how it works. It will not replace a heavy bag or focus mitts with your training partner. I have those as well as a floor based heavy bag which I like. I also have a Bob dummy. This will absolutely replace Bob- sorry Bob! I bought the most expensive version with lower pads. I don’t think you need that. It’s fine for adding inside leg kicks but they offer little resistance. What’s really great is you can practice without gloves and get perfect resistance on the head and torso. You can do uppercuts and hooks without hurting your wrists. The head is perfect balance of resistance and absorption. Highly recommend even just the head and torso. But the hands out to the sides certainly allow you to practice multiple opponents and focus mitt drills. And of course if you have the Leon do skills and want to do high kicks those are great. ... show more

  • Its junk and not steady.
Style: Deluxe
Don't buy. Its really unsteady even with extra weight. You'll bust your hand if you try to do an Uppercut and thats if your able too because the way this is set up. You won't have the room too because the head and body pad are so close together. To do a head shot you'll have to be tall else your going to hurt your neck. Tall people might be able to do Hooks. But I highly doubt it. There's too much room for someone who is short like me to do a hook with proper form. Any of the boxing moves you will not be able to do with correct form. And that's the whole point. Is to do the punches with correct form but with this thing you will be just swinging your arms. Its also not heavy duty. I'm a thin short women and i had to tap it. Because im short. I had to constantly look up to try to do a head shot and i hurt my neck.. you can not do an upper cut unless your a midget or you remove the head. But you will break your knuckles because there's not enough padding for an upper cut.. I can't complain enough about how bad this is. ... show more
