Me and my girlfriend wanted to try to get into boxing as an exercise and she and i love it! Its easy to slip on and off but snug enough to not go flying when hit and it does absorb blows very well. Can't speak from a professional perspective but as a casual at home trainee, it works well!

You might need help putting them on but work great and fun with others. Great for boxing and kickboxing. More than an inch of padding lightweight and look sweet.

These pads are for training and are not very dense. They are very lightweight and I exited them to be of decent quality. I would not recommend for an adult, but maybe a teenager can use.
