All right i’ve been using this for almost 3 weeks and it’s been so fun! it comes with everything you need to install minus screwdriver or drill but i was so happy when i saw i could install without opening holes on the wall, easy to set it up with the stickers and velcro it holds up pretty good since the boxing thing is not heavy, sometimes i use it without the gloves since the circles to punch are patted and no need to punch really hard to get it, but my nephew loves the gloves lol it basically has a bluetooth speaker can play any music easy to connect or has its own song kinda funky, the only downside i found was you can’t get rid off the punching sound when hitting the blue light but other than that it’s been a great addition to my little home gym. could be a great gift idea overall pretty happy with it. ... show more

    • Great workout and only model that can turn off the punching noise

I got this unit 8 months ago for cardio conditioning. I currently have worked up to punching 4,600x in 20 minutes. I think I maxed out on the fastest speed of 9, but still serves me well. It’s a great and fun workout. Helps with hand and eye coordination. Also a great stress reliever after a long day of work. I tried other units before, but there was an annoying punching noise that was distracting. This is the only unit that when holding down the “Speed” button, the volume decreases and mutes the noise. All others don’t do this and many complain about it. Not sure why other buyers of this model complain about the noise, when the instructions clearly note to hold the “Speed” but to mute the punching noise. I just crank up my music externally or put on my headset and go at it. Works perfectly! Build quality is solid. I go at this machine fast and hard, especially with the stress at work, and it’s held up. It’s space saving and cost effective. The adhesive works well on smooth walls, otherwise, I’d suggest screwing the adhesive Velcro to the wall. The gloves that came with the unit was great at first, but it eventually gave me blisters on my knuckles. So I bought another set of boxing gloves that has cushion. This is my only reason to drop a star. All-in-all, this is my go-to cardio supplemental workout for two to three times a week. Great workout that makes you break out in a good sweat! ... show more

This product is a lot of fun! There are more functions than I imagined and therefore provides something for every level of fitness. What’s really nice is that through Bluetooth it plays your music or motivational playlists. I really like how easy it is to move it down the wall. That means when kids want to use it they don’t need you to get going. When my kids have extra energy, it is boxing time! When they get super angry or mean? Go hit the boxing machine! Boxing was always my favorite and result producing workout. This machine takes it to a new level. It’s easier for me to practice combos. My 9-year-old son has ADHD and mild autism with aggression issues. This has been a great tool for him to work off some of his steam. He loves picking all of his own favorite songs. It’s not as fancy as some of the others on the market but for what we use it for, it’s perfect! I just wish it held a charge a little better and that it came with a charger. The media could not be loaded. Got this for my boyfriend and he's been "playing" with it non stop! It’s super easy to set up, and the different modes and speeds keep things exciting. It’s super responsive, so every punch registers and the music feature makes it feel like a game instead of a workout. I love that you can connect to your phone's bluetooth and play your own songs! I'll be honest, the gloves are kind of cheap material/quality so if you have your own, you'll definitely prefer that. But it's nice that it came with it. This music boxing machine exceeded my expectations! The quality is solid—it’s super sturdy and handles punches like a champ. Both my wife and I have been using it, and it’s so much fun! We mounted it on the wall with velcro, and after almost three months, it’s still holding up perfectly. The battery life is impressive too; we’ve barely had to charge it.
