I got this unit 8 months ago for cardio conditioning. I currently have worked up to punching 4,600x in 20 minutes. I think I maxed out on the fastest speed of 9, but still serves me well. It’s a great and fun workout. Helps with hand and eye coordination. Also a great stress reliever after a long day of work. I tried other units before, but there was an annoying punching noise that was distracting. This is the only unit that when holding down the “Speed” button, the volume decreases and mutes the noise. All others don’t do this and many complain about it. Not sure why other buyers of this model complain about the noise, when the instructions clearly note to hold the “Speed” but to mute the punching noise. I just crank up my music externally or put on my headset and go at it. Works perfectly! Build quality is solid. I go at this machine fast and hard, especially with the stress at work, and it’s held up. It’s space saving and cost effective. The adhesive works well on smooth walls, otherwise, I’d suggest screwing the adhesive Velcro to the wall. The gloves that came with the unit was great at first, but it eventually gave me blisters on my knuckles. So I bought another set of boxing gloves that has cushion. This is my only reason to drop a star. All-in-all, this is my go-to cardio supplemental workout for two to three times a week. Great workout that makes you break out in a good sweat! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This machine is legit! It is great for working out and practicing boxing. I bought this for my son as a reward for winning his tournament and he loves it. It even has a Bluetooth feature where you can play your favorite songs. The volume is great, it can be very loud or quiet depending on how you enjoy it. As for installing, you can either use the sticky tab that it came with or the Velcro. It doesn’t matter as both are great (I tried both and they stick very well). The speaker's not very loud but it's loud enough. That's about my only complaint. Just remember when you hit the pads and things you don't have to hit it hard like a punching bag just a softer hit. Don't Go full force it won't register and you'll probably just break it. Works as it should and it's very addictive, good cardio. Also use the sticky pad that it has for the back of it and the brackets and mount it to a flat wall don't try to mount it to a post or a corner it needs to be on a flat wall. ... show more
