This IS a very FIRM Pillow. I didn’t think I’d ever find a foam pillow that would actually be this firm. Must be the gel effect. Usually even “firm” is not supportive enough for me. Doesn’t work as a head pillow for my shoulder height but is great as a prop pillow if you like/need an elevated position for sleeping, reading, TV, etc. Good quality product, nothing bad to say about it.
