This grill stand folds up and sets up with very little effort and no tools required. It is light enough for this out of shape 50 something woman to carry although it was purchased for my husband and made a great birthday gift. The center section accommodates our outdoor/rv grill almost perfectly and despite the front two legs hanging off about 3/4", it is extremely stable. The shelves all operate independently so users can decide how many they want to extend, and while none of those will hold nearly as much weight as both of the center sections, they will definitely hold a pan of meat, condiments, tools, etc. I read "Lynda's" review about using the art portfolio as a carrying bag and am happy to report that it does the job perfectly. And while the bag is a little wider than the opening to pass-through storage compartment on our 2018 Winnebago Minnie, the unused space in the bag folds in and allows us to slide it in easily. I am thrilled that the stand will be protected from damage as it rubs against all the other rv-ing paraphenalia stored there. In case her review is gone, the case is: 1st Place Products Premium Art Portfolio Case 24 x 36 inches, soft-sided, water resistant, carry all, shoulder strap. This stand was a bit more expensive than some of the others that I looked at, but reviews on many of those indicated that set up was not simple and sometimes tools were needed and not all of the others had shelves that were nearly as versatile as these are. ... show more

I needed a outdoor cook station and wanted it to have a good amount of surface area to hold pots, pans, stove, utensils, paper towels, etc. and this is perfect. Not only does it have the room, it is well thought out and very compact. It's not too heavy and it is easy to set up and take down. I had been debating which outdoor cook station to get and based on the configuration, this one is is perfect for my needs. I like that it is very sturdy and can support quite a bit of weight. It does not feel flimsy and is easy to clean. It even has built in cup/can/wine glass holders making it even more handy. I was just using a folding table to use as a cook station until I bought this and this is a lot more convenient. It keeps everything within reach in a smaller footprint. I definitely recommend this item if you are looking for an outdoor cook station that is compact, has a very useful design, does not weigh too much, and is sturdy. I have a portable propane grill. I needed a stand to use out back. I wanted something light, foldable, and portable. I looked up many. This one had the best reviews and best features. I decided to give it a try. I am glad I did! When I got the box, it took me about 2 minutes to open the box and have it all setup! It folds open and closed so fast and easy! It is lightweight and easy to carry and move around; but, it is also sturdy! The holders it has for drinks, tools, and paper towel are awesome! I love the ability to have all the side tables open, or some open, or all closed. It is so nice that even if I take my grill camping or to a park, I will probably bring this stand along rather than relying on finding a table, or, cooking on the ground. Really if you need a grill stand for any reason, this is the one! My grill has just metal legs. It was a bit slippery. So, I added a silicone mat to the top. I found one that fits perfectly. See pictures. It is on Amazon and named, "Super Kitchen Extra Large Multipurpose Silicone Nonstick Baking Mat". Works great and keeps my grill from moving, and, any spills go on it rather than my grill stand! ... show more
