The size of the burner is perfect, the metal structure not so good . The paint on the burner and metal structure burns with first 3 uses . The flame 🔥 is nice and consistent.

    • This item is dangerous, do not buy it.
This item is dangerous and I don't want it in my house, but Amazon won't let me return it. Just gets me to an endless loop of troubleshooting. First, it has a lot of sharp metal edges. I've already cut myself on the first day. Second, the instructions are so small that even with a magnifying glass and reading glasses, I could not read some of the small print. Third, the illustrations are useless, and actually in the wrong order. Fourth, the control valve turns backwards!! Yep, Clockwise for MORE, counterclockwise for less. Exactly the opposite of any other gas control or any other kind of valve you've ever used anywhere in the world. Fifth, the burner just doesn't work. I got it lit several times, but it won't stay lit and is nearly impossible to adjust. It's just a poor product, don't buy it. I very much want to return it, but Amazon just wants me to troubleshoot. There's no troubleshooting these issues. I want a refund. ... show more

Has a great blue flame and eaisly adjust flame. I use it for frying fish as well as melting lead to pour for jig heads. I am well pleased with shipping and time with dealer.

    • Good design, and well made. As light as it could be without compromising strength.
All components seem to be industry standard. Flame control is at the regulator. Away from the burner. Safer if you have a grease fire. It also has a shield to protect the intake from spills. As it states in the instructions. Be careful not to over tighten fittings. The gas hose connection has a rubber seal in it you don't want to damage. Start off with the air shutter half way closed. The little lever towards the lower corner of the silver panel behind it. Too much air flow blows out the flame when you try to light it. The actual measurements are 10 3/8" wide, 14 3/4" long ( counting drip shield), and 5 3/4" tall. I am very pleased with this model. ... show more
