I was very skeptical after reading the reviews but I am absolutely happy with my purchase. The bar cover was a little hard to get on because the studs were too close together but it was easy to tweak them apart, problem solved. The saw started right up after a few pulls and runs and idles good. Starts good when hot. I was expecting the chain to be low quality but it doesn't stretch any more than the more expensive chains and holds an edge just as well. The saw is lightweight but doesn't seem flimsy. I have 4 Stihl saws and it's hard to keep them running and I bought this saw for less than a repair bill on a Stihl. I was so impressed that I ordered two more for family and friends. Update, I've been using the saw on some very big and hard dry oak and I'm very impressed with this saw. ... show more

What a cheap piece of junk, this thing has so many design flaws that they never could have tested it I made a spacer plate to keep the chain from coming off the sprocket and jamming up. Works fine now. People, you should really try your product before you sell it

I enjoy using this chainsaw, it starts quickly but came with a weak chain that broke on first use. Went to buy a new chain only to find out a 20 inch chain will not fit. Hardware store has to create a custom chain every time you need a new chain. Advertized as a 20 inch chain but it isn't a standard chain. Great value for the money. Look elsewhere if you need a good chainsaw for anything serious. This one runs and is very economical but i do have constant issues with lack of power. Also the manual says to use fuel/oil mix that is not the most standard, off the shelves product.

Cheap parts and cheap plastic is to be expected given the price. The saw I received has a non functioning chain brake. It’s stuck with the brake on making the saw non functional and dangerous. The chain brake and chain tension are part of the same piece and it’s just a poor quality design made worse by cheap plastic. There are cheap saw out there worth buying but stay away from this one. I asked the seller for a return and they have been difficult to work with and so far have not helped me setup a return or a refund. ... show more
