Hose is very light and easy to move around for hand watering. However, within a week of daily use with a variable sprayer a leak developed within the black casing with the shut off valve. So now when I am hand watering my clothes and shoes fill with water if I hold the sprayer above waist level. I received this about 2 weeks ago and I've already got 4 or 5 bubbles within the hose during use. This hasn't caused any issues so far, but I'm worried that it won't be long before one of them bursts and I need another new hose.

This is the best damn hose I've ever had and I've had a lot of hoses lol I thought it was barely going to reach to the spot I needed even though I bought two. The connectors were brass and have a shut-off valve. To my surprise, The Host just kept getting bigger. I had an extra 35 or so feet once it was filled with water. I bought this hose on May 28th. The first thing I noticed is the material makes it get caught on everything if you're trying to pull it around a corner or across the yard. Virtually everything catches it up. The material is not slippery. THEN...Within a couple of weeks, it sprung a leak at the end so I repaired it. No big deal. That's why they made it. Now, it is 7/3 - the return window has closed and there is an air bubble in the outer sleeve almost at the middle of the hose. It sure it'll bust sooner or later and that makes me mad because this thing cost $65. Don't buy it. It's not all it's cracked up to be. it is very light, and the size increases 3 times when you open the water faucet, I purchase the 50Ft and the size is just what I was thinking when you open the water key ta., you can use a spray nozzle or with because coming with one. The media could not be loaded. I bought this hose because I loved the color. And the color is beautiful. The quality of the product, however, is less than stellar. I paid $37.99, and I expected a product that would last longer than one week. I followed manufacturer instructions for how to fix the leak. Went through that several times, cutting off the piece of the hose that leaks, and reinstalling the connector. But then it just leaks the same way all over again. I don’t think I should keep having to fix a new product due to normal use for which the product was designed. ... show more

Love the color but degrades in sun. I've only had it a little over a month and it keeps tearing and leaking. Was able to fix the end once but it is now useless. Too expensive to be such bad quality. I'm sad that I have to go back to a plane old black one.

As the outside spicket is next to a rose bush and in the sun I determined I could not use it.
