Good sturdy product, but there are paint chips that came off after 1st use. Easy to install, overall works well over the campfire. Height adjustments are pretty easy. I would recommend a good pair of gloves that have a high heat resistance.

We LOVE this grill. As avid campers, it is so easy to bring along and you can cook anything on it. We use it every time we camp and everyone always comments how useful it is to have around the fire.

We picked up this grill set during covid to set up in our yard as a fire pit. Felt the primary support post was a little flimsy and didn't want to anchor it into our patio stone. We opted to create a new post for it out of gas pipe that is heat resistant and embed the end of it into a portable cement puck that would allow us to shift and adjust the grill as needed on our patio. We've done approximately 25 meals on the grill over the course of the summer. It has developed some minimal warping due to the high heat but that is expected. So far the finish has held up wonderfully and I have recommended it to everybody I know. As far as the griddle pan goes I haven't really used it for more than a warming tray holding the cooked food away from over cooking. We do plan on using this grilll set through the winter as the weather permits. Would definitely seek this out and buy it again if I ever needed a replacement. Very simple but effective design. Heavy duty, I expect it to last indefinitely. Breakfast over an open camp fire is the best and this unit provides an excellent way to prepare that breakfast.

    • Craftsmanship could have been better. For made in USA.
No Welding at 45* cuts on grate. A little welding spray on grille, could have been brushed off. Have not used yet, but the seasoning process went ok.
