This is very sturdy. I put 3 cubes on the shelf to hold are stuff. Now the riding gear is all in one place. I put some S hooks on the sides to hang easily hang our helmets.

I can admittedly struggle with poor instructions and putting together items like this - I found the instructions very clear - be sure to lay out all pieces first to make sure you have everything - but it went together smoothly and the value for the money is definitely worth it.
