This treadmill is good for the price, it’s super compact. If you have trouble running straight or lose your balance, be ready to fall off because this treadmill is narrow. My husband is 6’4 and a size 13 in shoes. He’s a straight runner, but the treadmill is simply too small for his comfort.

Had problem with first treadmill sent to me, therefore, I had to interact with seller, Hitrun/Diana - Hitrun was very professional and assisted in replacing the treadmill...... Hitrun was amazing and corresponded with me until I received my new treadmill. I love my new treadmill - does not take up much space and so happy with customer service through Hitrun..... I unpacked the unit, put it together and it did not work. Called the manufacture, they ghosted me. I packed it back up and sent it back to Amazon.
