I only gave one stop because it made me it should be zero .We purchased the pool we set it up. We added water and two days later before anybody even got in the pool 2 T’s snapped. We now have to drain the pool to fix and we pay for water. Company provided defective product and takes No responsibility! Amazon should not deal with this company ... show more

Its huge, do your math right because it is a 22 ft circumference circle. Or 12 ft from center radius. Only paid $530 including tax n shipping. No leaks. No bs. Holds 10,500 gallons like a champ. Filter/pump is decent for price. No complaints what so ever. 7 and 11 yr old are ecstatic. Comes up to chest height and I'm 5,6. Overall just get it ... show more

Even though a manual was not provided it was pretty easy to figure out how to assemble. There is a QR code on the side of the pool (we noticed after the fact) you can scan to look up the manual online. We also bought a Sand Filter since we were pre-warned by friends that the skimmer/pumps that come with the pools are all trash. We can confirm that they were right. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Pool arrived with 11 holes down the bottom in a street line. Seems as though when it was shoved into the card board box it was forced and ripped all the way down. Amazon refused to return my money other than 30% of the full balance I paid. I resorted to contacting Funsicle who was really nice and helpful. It did take 1 week before I received patch hole because there were NONE with the original shipment to me. Finally 3 weeks after I recieved the pool I was able to get it set up and all holes patched inside and outside. We are happy with the size and the pool. I did upgrade the filter as the one that came with the pool was not strong enough for all that water. I also purchased a cordless vacuum which does wonders. ... show more

We bought this pool in January. Kept it all in the original packaging, until today when we went to set it up. Noticed after we got it filling with water that it already has holes in it, straight from the box. Very disappointed
