The media could not be loaded. Update: we are on year 2 of this pool, it’s holding up great! Was easy to take down and store over winter, and easy to set back up in the spring. We spent many hours enjoying this pool. The only problem for us is keeping it clean. We've tried multiple vacuums and nothing seems to pick up the fine dust/dirt that settles on the bottom.

UPDATE: We bought a second one in hopes that the last leak was a fluke, but it was leaking when we got back from vacation. We bought the new pool on July 7th, set up up on July 15th, went on vacation on the July 22nd and got back on August 3rd. We suspected a leak with how low the water was, but couldn't tell if was a leak or the sprinklers. I thought I sent the company a message, but it doesn't look like I hit the send button. Reached out to them again around the 12th to 14th of August and they said we were past our 30 day window and they couldn't help me. They gave me a number for the polygroup, so I called them. by this time we stopped filling the pool with water and it is becomeing scummy because we can't run the filter with the water level. They instructed me to drain the pool down to two inches and put food coloring in to locate the leak. I did that, but can't find the leak, so I sent them pics of the failed attempt. It isn't good enough. They're asking me to do it again. What a disaster. I've put more hours in with them than I put into enjoying the pool. We will never buy again and I am reporting this business to the better business bureau. We bought this 16’ pool last year. It didn’t have any reviews, but we were hopeful. It was delivered quickly, we prepped the ground and the set up was easy. We LOVED our pool for the entire summer. In September 2023 we read the instructions on how to drain, clean, dry, powder, dismantle and store for winter. We stored it in our clean, dry garage. We set it up again just this past week and it appears to be leaking quite a bit. We can’t detect the hole (or holes) and it’s leaking about 6” of water per day. When we reached out to the seller to see about detection, warranty or assistance their only response was “we see you purchased this pool in April of 2023, it is past the 30 day return period”. This pool is replacing a bigger pool that was damaged in a storm. It was fairly easy to put together and didn’t take any extreme amount of time to assemble. We bought it for our 4 grandkids and it is the perfect size for them at the age they are. It is a good pool for the price.

This pool is horrible and the company is horrible with customer service. We had the same pool from its sister company that lasted 5 years. This one lasted 6 months and we asked for a replacement and was declined. It has a leak around the bottom drain spout and the poles are very weak. It has already started to rust. Very cheaply made. The company really should stand behind their product and their lack of working with us is disappointing. ... show more
