First thing I will say is that this needs to update the description. It is a little confusing when you read 25 and 55 lb in the same description. I would say make sure you know which one you buy. It's either 25 lb or 55 lb but not both. So far this has worked well for a home gym. It is easy to make adjustments to the weight and you do not have to worry about any of the weights falling off when you are using it so it is safe. The weights are well packaged so you can be sure it will arrive safely. It is going to be heavy so make sure you are careful when taking it out. All the weights are already on the actual bar so no assembly required. It is easy to adjust the weight and once you have the weight you want you just lift up and it stays on there very securely. The bell is well balanced so you do not have to worry about it feeling uneven on either side. It grips well so it does not slip out of my hand. I can do a bunch of work outs with this. When working out. this does provide me with enough weight for your basic work outs at home. It also allows me to make weights lighter when I need to do more reps. It is a good addition to my home gym and the weight is accurate from what I can tell. Overall this is a good weight to have for home workout and it reduces clutter so you do not have additional weights. They are easy to change weights and they are very secure. These weights are great for your at home gym. I do not have a ton of space to put them so the fact I do not need a bunch of dumbbells to get the varying weights is perfect. I love how they go up to 25 pounds. They are decently comfortable and easy to use.
