Once assembled this stand is excellent, it suits my purposes nicely and supports my 100lb bag without issue. Other reviews for this stand say it is a little annoying to assemble, which I do slightly agree, but once I busted out some more tools it wasn't a problem. You do need some ratchets if you want a sturdy assembly, which I don't know if the instructions mention because I did not read them. Overall though, good stand. ... show more

For close to 100 bucks, it works great! Assembly only took a little over an hour to put together (Make sure you have a wrench to tighten those lock nuts) My only con is that the stand moves quite a bit if i hit the heavy bag hard enough

The stand itself is very tall, definitely over 6 ft but when I got it there were already scratches and dents in it not to mention the box looked terrible. It holds up well with weights but it was hard to assemble and the bolts didn't line up well so i almost had to return it. For the price just buy a water base punching bag it's better. ... show more
