Super easy to install! I used the spray bottle that was provided and a dab of baby shampoo like advised! Worked wonderfully. Air bubbles were able to be pushed out with the provided squeegee. Made easy cuts with the provided razor. You can’t see in AT ALL. Looking out from the inside you can see shadows if they are on the porch. We have a ring camera so that’s great for us. It looks amazing. The size I ordered was enough for both of these windows and I have a good deal left over. Probably could have ordered the smaller roll but I didn’t want to make multiple cuts/have lines in the window. We live in the Mojave desert so I will come back and update if/how it holds up in the 120 degrees summer haha! WAY BETTER AND SIMPLER than other window film I have bought in the past! ... show more

I bought the pure privacy film. Easy to install, but if I trimmed more carefully on my first piece I think I’d have less bubbles near the edges. Tried my hardest to get those few out but was unable. It’s only noticeable if you’re right next to the window though. Worth the price

Bought this for our bathroom window, it works really well! Cutting it to size was a little interesting, but I think that was more user error (I tried to freehand it) but they give you plenty extra so you can try it a few times if need be. I would recommend using a dry erase marker to draw where you need to cut rather than trying to measure the window and then measure the film and hope for the best like I did at first. It was super easy to install, you get a lot for what you pay, and it lets the light in without letting eyes in. Overall I recommend and would buy again! ... show more

This film is so easy to apply to windows and gives them a really good frosted glass look and privacy ... but I tried to cut it while holding it up to the window - and that was just dumb. My edges are not great. Tip - measure the glass on your window exactly, roll out the film and cut exactly, I thought if it was a tiny bit larger it would be easy to trim once up, but it's hard to get the bubbles out and apply it if the film is not exactly the right size. ... show more

Assuming many windows are standard size, I didn't measure the window before ordering. Big mistake. This wasn't wide enough either way to cover my bathroom window. I had to put two strips side by side for the bottom panel and then didn't have enough to cover the top pane. It all went into the garage. I anticipated that this project would only take me about 30 minutes, but it took about an hour and a half. If you are even a millimeter off, it won’t adhere properly. Also, removing the backing from the film is nearly impossible. However, it gives you all the tools you need. A spray bottle, squeegee, and utility knife - all of which can be reused for other purposes after the project is done.
