We bought a target fire pit exactly like this. It broke after the 2nd use apparently had a faulty starter. We got it on clearance. My husband has always wanted a fire pit and was super bummed it broke. Soooooo I bought him this! It's AMAZING!! It starts right up after 2 clicks and controlling how hi or low you want the flame is soooo easy and turning off is a breeze the cover is an actual really nice cover. I'd recommend anyone buy this. What's really crazy to me is we spent more on the target clearness one that had terrible reviews for the starter going out after 2 uses. It’s a basic design, but it’s a great fire pit. Size is perfect (23” round), easy to use, and has a very strong flame. Of course, you can dial it down with the functional controls. Initial impression is great! It even comes with a cover and more than enough lava rock.

    • Perfect for my small patio!
I love this fire table. Minimal and easy assembly. Looks great with my grey patio chairs. Generates lots of heat!. The only thing I don’t like aesthetically is that the knobs are exposed on the outside so it impacts the nice sleek look. That’s really the only thing I would change.

This was a great purchase! I was looking for something unassuming that I could move when not in use, and this is perfect. The style is very similar to a much more expensive unit on West Elm. It is portable enough, so that I can move it out in the warmer months (I didn't want to give valuable patio space to a permanent fire pit). It is really simple to set up and turn on, which means I am using it every chance I get. I had purchased glass rocks, but prefer the natural look of the lava rocks that came with the unit. Always the same issue smoke tending the fire and most of the time the hassle of lighting the fire. 🔥 don’t even hesitate for a moment about purchasing this barrel type fire pit. items door bent and warped will not close at all. ignition switch is completely mom-functioning, can't lignite flame to start fire......absolutely useless and waste of money. This is amazons' reputation and I should have known better!
