I think this tarp will last a while in the elements. I liked how they included some extras (ropes and zip ties). Do not open this package inside your house. I almost passed out and had to let it sit in the garage for a few days to off gas before I could handle it further.

Every few years I need a new tarp to cover my firewood pile, but this new one may last twice as long or longer. This tarp is a beast - thicker than I can easily buy locally, and it’s well made. The corners are heavily reinforced and all of the grommets are well attached. Sometimes with cheaper tarps you can find a mangled grommet that isn’t attached properly. Being as thick as it is, it’s fairly stiff. I don’t think it will flog itself into pieces in the wind like thinner tarps. It’s a nice bonus that it comes with two lengths of rope and zip ties to make sure the tarp is well secured. The silver color isn’t metallic, more like a light grey color, and the underside is dark. UV resistance is a big plus too - a lot of cheaper tarps fall apart quickly in the sunshine. Highly recommended. ... show more
