Not sure why people say these taste bad. They don’t. They aren’t super sweet like Starbursts but why would they be? They have a nice taste, even my kids like them. They can be a little stuff so I squish them in between my fingers for a second before chewing and that helps a lot.

If your fine with Chaseing it with something else it's not bad or if you take other gummies that taste great like vitamin c work really well from what I have tryed hope this helps others decide to buy or not other than that it works really good for gut health ... show more

I was surprised these were individually wrapped, "guess I should've read the description more carefully", which takes away a bit of the convenience. They are also not what I would call soft. Very Starburst like. Still too early to say if I feel any difference but so far nothing noticeable.
