I bought these to see what was the hype about. I stick them on at night, go to sleep and when I get up in the morning take them off and they would come out a dark green color. The smell in the morning was that of a BBQ sauce, it didn't smell like ginger at all not before nor after. I honestly didn't feel any difference or noticed any changes in over all.     • Still not convinced....
They seem to work as described but I still wonder if its really removing actual toxins or simply soaking up sweat. I sure don't feel any different when I use them. I've used them everyday for a week and I still haven't noticed any signs of increased energy levels, faster metabolism, or smoother skin like the ad claims will happen. I wonder if I covered my entire groin area with these pads, could I pass a drug test the next day? ... show more

I loved how my skin peeled all over. It didn’t help the big callouses but the rest of my feet were smooth. Don’t think it will help with calloused areas though.

So I definitely was excited to try these thinking that it would help me sleep somehow. It comes with something that almost looks like a t-bag which contains the ginger and an adhesive that you put over it at night. It definitely sticks and stays - I'll tell you that much. It's also surprisingly comfortable (maybe because it's squishy) so it didn't bother me to have it on all night, unlike socks. The smell is definitely strong, but what else can you expect from ginger? I can't say that it helped me sleep or has done anything for my pain but then again, I'm only on day 3. I will say, however, in the morning - holy hell is it disgusting. The packets under the adhesive turned black and my foot was green from all the ginger - so be prepared to scrub scrub scrub. Oh and the smell is even more pungent in the morning than at night....So is it worth it? Not sure yet....but would I buy again any time soon? Probably not. ... show more

I have tried these a couple nights now. They are basically like teabag that you tape to the bottom of your feet at night. When you wake up the sweat or drainage from your feet is obsorbed into the pads and whatever is in the bag shows through and looks dark (like dipping a teabag into water - white to black). Its not like your body is releasing dark stuff into the pads which is what I though before purchasing these. The strange thing is, they kind of smell like bacon in the morning. I don't really notice a difference in pain but I did sleep a bit more soundly. The sticky tape leaves your feet really sticky so you definately need to use an exfoliating whipe or soap and water afterwards. I am glad I tried it...but not sure how long this will last since its kind of messy and annoying in the morning. ... show more

Average rating right now because I’ve only used it once so far. It sticks pretty well and stays on through out the night. It’s was a green/black color in the morning so I’m guessing it’s working? But!!! I feel like I smell like a smoked brisket. The spell is strong as if I left my feet in the smoker. Even after washing them in the morning, I can still smell it. I may give it another night but I can’t really take this smell for too long. ... show more
