This is a simple and compacted treadmill. It came in the package mostly assembled already. Only need to take out of the box, unfold, put on a few screws then connect together and ready to go. I was looking for a compacted and simple treadmill so I can walk or do light exercise and space is an issue for me because I do not have a lot of extra space in my home for a full and fancy treadmill. I like that this treadmill can be folded for space saving. It comes with a screen to monitor the speed, time and heart rate. I'm really impressed by this treadmill. It took about 3 hours to put together, the instructions were easily understood. It has a very solid feel. Changing the speed and the incline is very smooth both in manual mode and automatically in one of the workout modes. You can adjust the cushioning of the walking platform, definitely a plus with this treadmill. After a fair amount of research and comparison with other treadmills similarly priced, I liked the features of this treadmill, and I was impressed by the warranty compared to other treadmills in the same price range. ... show more

I like this treadmill because it's quiet & it let's me get a nice fast paced walk in every day. It shows your pulse, blood pressure & calories burned as well.
