I've tried many different types of pillows over the years. This one is actually living up to the description. I've been using it for close to 3 weeks now. I sleep hot and live in Florida, this actually stays cools, a first for me. I typically wake up 2 or 3 times a night, lately I've been sleeping a lot more peacefully. I usually sleep on my back and sometimes side. I've started waking up on my stomach again. This pillow is surprising comfortable in all 3 positions. I haven't needed the other 2 types of pillows I was using. This was a new design for me and I'm happy to say that it's working out.     • It's an odd size and I felt like my head was in my headboard all night.
The pillow is comfortable, not hot at all, but it's an odd, smaller size so was swimming in my silk pillowcase that I use for my hair. It felt good on my neck and shoulders where I've had previous whiplash, but I felt like my head was up in my headboard all night because of the size. I'm a side sleeper too, and although the pictures show side sleepers using it, it does tend to make you sleep on your back, which causes snoring for me, and dry mouth that wakes me up. I don’t have a problem with the quality, I think it’s well made - the problem I have is that it needs a little more height. The reason I bought it was to support my neck as a side sleeper. This is too low and my neck sleeps at an angle. Great for a travel pillow, not an every night pillow.

    • Sore spine, hips and head pressure after 1st night
I get the appeal of the shape but the highest point is too low (I'm only 5'3). So I woke up with a dull ache all over my back and hips. The foam has a density that gave pressure on the back of my head and ears. I'm a side and back sleeper. I'd say at least 5" height is better and the memory foam with slow rebound is better. If this is slow rebound foam I wonder what the difference is between this one and other more popular brands? ... show more

Me & pillows don't usually get along lol. It's so hard when you have neck issues. I had a pillow with similar material & support that I loved that I didn't have with me when I moved a year & a half ago. This is very close to it & was like the "Ahhhh!" support for my neck & and head I was looking for. I like that it's not bulky but supportive at the same time & love the memory foam.     • Not worth the money
I tried this for about a week. It did not help me at all. I gave it to my daughter to try. She gave it back to me the next day. Now I’m trying to give it away to others. I went to Walmart and bought a $15 donut…much better than the expensive pillow I bought here. Don’t waste your money.

This is a delightful surprise my second hidden gem found at Amazon. This is a half moon shaped cooling neck and shoulder pillow that can be used for many other things due to the size and comfort. It stays in its shape and yet it's soft and supportive and cool. I use it for my back when I'm sitting down on the couch. I use it on my armchair, when I need to rest for my rheumatoid I and I use it every night. I'm a 70-year-old female with rheumatoid, anybody with issues like this must must buy!!! ... show more
