Got this chair on a deal, and, for a deal, it's worth it. I've tried other, more expensive chairs, and I don't think they are any more comfortable or sturdy. Putting this together was a nightmare. Instructions were super easy, but the holes didn't line up and I had to use my entire body weight to make sure to snap everything into place. It took a few hours. Looking at the other reviews, perhaps I got the hard one. As for sitting, the reclining feature is fantastic. The seat is a little hard, but softening up as I sit in it. I did have to get a little lumbar support pillow. The arms going up or down is awesome. I wish they had padding. Also, the little circles on the arm rests keep falling out and I have to pop them back in, which is annoying. So, yes, great chair when it's on sale. ... show more

If you don't sit in the chair the casters are fine, however, as soon as you sit in the chair they are very hard to roll on wood flooring with only a 165 lb. person sitting in it. Don't buy this chair if that matters to you..
