Liked the quality & price (almost half the cost of same type in the big box places). Don't like that it sometimes will twist or kink when trying to use it. Being heavy duty seems that draining all the water out of the hose first before winding it up makes it easier to wind it up on the reel.

This is the third time I have ordered these hose. The first three were really good quality and have been very good to use. I ordered the exact same hose and they sent me cheap bad hose the last time in place of what they sent before. They appear to be the same but the material is cheap and different on the last set. I need 2 more sets but now since they sent cheap set instead of the original ones they sent before I can't risk ordering them again. REALLY REALLY REALLY disappointed. HORRIBLE HOSE. This seemed like a robust hose in the ad. However, the connectors aren’t so great. This means it leaks; my other hoses did not. Also, it kinks easily cutting off water flow. It requires lots of back and forth to unkink the hose. It’s heavy because of the length - not unexpected.
