The plastic protectors keep sliding from the ends of the hose. Other than that I would say this is a good product.

    • Kinks too easily
I am sure that it is just part of being a lightweight hose, but this thing self-kinks every six feet. Every time I use it I have to wiggle the hose every few feet to get the kinks out while the water is running.

I purchased this hose to go with a very nice hose reel. I worked fine for one year under very light use IE: 2 or 3 times a month. Suddenly the female hardware end nearly detached from the hose and water sprays out 360 degrees around the hose. I looked for the "Made in America" warranty and can find no information. They do have a link to click on for warranty information but it takes you to a standard form letter from Amazon saying "contact the manufacturer for warranty info" so here I am with no resolution. ... show more

I have yet to find a TRUE Kink-Free hose. I pulled it out of the package and hooked the hose up to the faucet to water a small area in the front yard where it was damaged by a backhoe and before long I was soak and wet from waist down because it leaked at the connection of the handheld sprayer and it kept kinking.
