Stair climber works great! Very easy to set up, and has been a great addition to my gym. Make sure you have help to move to desired location. It’s very heavy and does not have caster wheels underneath to assist the moving process.

    • Nothing but problems
I was very excited to use this and after a shirt period of time, this machine doesn't turn on 75% of the time and has had mechanical issues. The steppers don't seem to be working properly and it is too heavy for me to move or even submit a Return. Now i have to find a local handyman who knows about these machines to fix it. I absolutely love it. It’s definitely a heavy duty stairmaster like the ones from the gym at an affordable price. It is quite big so you have to make sure you have the appropriate room for it The only disappointment was that I have scheduled delivery for 3 PM and they showed up at 10 PM and I had to leave work early because it was sprinkling that day and I didn’t want to get damage it came package in a big wooden box that was very hard to break down and thankfully I had neighbors to help me, but it is a two person job ... show more

First and foremost - this thing probably won't fit in your house. Based on the dimensions listed in the product description (see attached screenshot) it should have fit in my home gym no problem. As you can see from the other attached photo, the dimensions are very, very wrong. Description lists it as 51 inches tall; plot twist - its actually 78 inches. This thing weighs over 400 pounds and arrives in a giant crate. It was a massive pain getting it into place (had to remove doors and everything) and about halfway through the assembly process it was evident it was going to be too large. Finished putting it together anyway and yeah, as suspected, I won't be able to use it without hitting my head on the ceiling. Unless you have 12 foot ceilings, don't even bother. So now I'm going to have to disassemble and move this stupid thing to my garage just so I can use it - but wait - there's more! It's also rusty in A LOT of places. I only attached two photos but could easily add 5-6 more of other rusty areas if anyone (I'm looking at you seller/manufacture) wants them. TL;DR - The description is completely inaccurate, the measurements are entirely wrong, it won't fit in your house, it seriously weighs almost 500 pounds AND it's covered in rust. I received this a Christmas gift, however this machine came with no power cord, no foot pedals to step onto the stairs, and no screws or bolts to assemble it. I can't even use this if I wanted to. Purchase this with the expectation of not receiving everything you need to operate it.

    • good machine but heart rate and calorie counter is not accurate at all plus a loose bolt inside
machine functions well you will get a good work out however do not count on the calorie or the heart rate monitor working those are way off. for example I was on level 12 which is hard for me my iwatch said my hear rate was 160 which is correct the machine said 75. i am not sure why they cannot get this right because i think someone else complained about this. also there was a loose bolt actually floating stair to stair inside the machine making an extremely annoying noise i had to take the panels off and the hand rail off and grab the bolt and reassemble which is kind of ridiculous. this bolt was actually a missing bolt for the hand rail which I got at home depot. all in all the machine seems solid though just use your iwatch to track hear rate and calories. ... show more

This thing belongs in a gym, luckily my garage has a tall enough ceiling to use it or I would've had to return it. 5/5 for ease of use but it was rather annoying to put together because the instructions are terrible, the locking nuts are cheap and there was no footnote that some screws will be left over after assembly (spares I'm guessing?). It scratched my garage floor pretty bad, but it wouldn't be fair to lower the rating just because I wasn't adequately prepared to move this thing, I would recommend getting an extra set of hands.
