Only thing I didn't like was the lack of info in the manual. As someone who tends to break things when instructions are unclear... But a YouTube search on Vibration Plate exercises answered all my questions! So. Semi-sedintary lifestyle became a full on one with Covid. Got to the point where I couldn't even make it up a flight of stairs without getting side stitches. Gained 30lbs and painful constipation was a constant issue. Have had poor leg circulation all my life. - DRASTIC improvement on leg circulation. The first time I used this, my ankles swelled up to the size of my calves in 5min, but went back down even more than what it originally started at by 10min. That was on Low. I can only assume that it was my body dammed up body getting unblocked and circulation improving. That night was the first time I didn't have restless legs and where I didn't wake up with a Charley horse in years! Everyday walking is no longer the struggle it was. -Painful constipation. I weighed myself before using this today on my new scale, a massive 310lbs and simply stood in the running position on high for 10 min. Immediately reweighed myself. Scale read 308. The vibrations broke up 2 lbs of dense packed waste in my intestines and redistributed it. Restroom time has become much more... relieving! - Sedintary Lifestyle. On good days, I use this for 10min every hour for 6 hours, keeping my body limber thought the day and getting an hour of exercise in. On not so good days, I do this when I wake up, right before bed, and one more time in the day, usually after drinking kefir to shake those good bacteria awake! Now that I have a scale I'm going to keep track and see if it helps take off the pounds. I've also slowly changed my diet with an air fryer and introducing foods rich in fiber (coupled with a half gallon of water a day), Because You Can't Outrun Your Fork! Even if it doesn't speed up fat loss, just being able to do everyday things like climbing stairs again and getting a great night sleep and not feeling so full of painful poo anymore... I just got this product on past Sunday. I can definitely feel the difference in my legs because they’re sore all the time now but so far nothing in my stomach or anywhere else in my body which is the reason why I got it. Because of my hand I’m very limited on the types of exercises I can do. They’re very easy to assemble it was just basically just a cord to plug-in and turn it on if you don’t have any batteries for the remote control so we haven’t use that yet they even my kid loves to get on there ... show more

Received 2 days ago. Fast delivery. Don't know how it will fare yet but does seem safe as it is a wide platform and seems sturdy enough. Oscillates and vibrates. Comes with small booklet that displays some exercises you can do. You can use the controls on the unit itself or the remote. There is plenty more to know about it, but it's fairly new and I haven't had much of a chances to go through it all. Would've liked to see the instruction booklet go into more depth on the preset programs and on the manual setting. ... show more

This vibration plate was bigger and heavier than I expected but it's such a great buy. After it passed my cat's inspection 😻, I couldn't wait to try it. I feel some pain relief in my back and knees already after only two weeks and I am revitalized. I'm 60 & overweight and this is one of the best things I've done for myself in years. I highly recommend for those who are sedentary such as myself. I actually look forward to getting on it twice a day, but be careful not to overdo it. This Vibration Platform Machine works for my body to vibrate my poor blood circulation because I'm diabetic and have restless leg syndrome. I started with 5-10 minutes 3X a week (will progress eventually) and felt the difference in my feet and legs. I am a lazy and do not like exercising, but for my health, I make a few minutes effort and this machine does the trick. In addition, my 13-year-old boy, whom a stagnant daily in front of PC as a gamer, he uses it too. So, it works for both of us. It is sturdy, easy to assemble, and does not take much space.
