My son has Osgood-Schlatter in both knees and has tried multiple braces (the doc gave him full knee braces, we bought the adjustable velcro versions that are smaller, etc.). During football and basketball, he'd resort to tying sports pre-wrap below his knee because it was less bulky and would stay put. When really desperate, he'd use those silicone bracelets all the kids have around. Then we found these. They are perfect for game day. Stays put. Not bulky. But also not makeshift. Only wish they made them in team colors for varsity game day! All that to say - beats XTD arm bands, silicone bracelets, velcro Osgood-Schlatter straps, full knee braces, and pre-wrap. ... show more

Such a great price and it really did support my knee cap . I felt I was able to move more freely. My husband agrees and he has a bad knee! If you’re debating on getting it , just get it.
