The silicone patella bands are a wonderful design. Unfortunately I'm an older individual and my legs tend to swell I do have problems with my knees and the idea of the patella band was very appealing to me. Unfortunately due to the swelling of my legs I was unable to where the band comfortably for very long. The bands are 11.4" to 16.5" in circumference. Normal athletes would have much smaller legs with the product would fit perfectly. If fit Geno could design a patella band for older individuals that would possibly have a circumference of 18 to 22 inches, this would account for any swelling but yet still allow the individual to get the support from the band without cutting off circulation. All in all and this is a wonderful design I hope to see the larger circumference bands in the future because I would definitely be ordering one or two. ... show more

I like the compact size because I can carry in my pocket and add when needed. I wore them for pickle ball and they definitely helped and worth the price for the 2-pack. Unlike larger braces they don’t restrict movement and it’s easy to forget you are even wearing them. These are probably best for minor knee issues/pain. ... show more

Nice low profile patella support bands. I have been wearing bulkier Velcro fabric straps that absorb perspiration and can get wet. These worked great and I like that they are so streamlined. I would recommend giving them a try.
