We bought these for our 13y/o son who plays lots of basketball. He continued to complain about his knees hurting. We tried other products and they either didn’t give enough compression or interfered with his game. We have tried two other bands that were too big or bulky. This helped my 11yr old with his pain due to his growth and impact from soccer running. It actually fit his leg, despite him being skinny, and support without cutting off circulation!

I was skeptical, but these did the job. I often leave my knee band on all day, but these warn they are only to be used during activity. They are a bit tighter than the adjustable kind, so I think this is wise advise. I will continue to use this to moderate my knee pain when I go for my daily walks.
