My Legs are FINIALLY Going Back to NORMAL SIZE again, All So Much Sooner than If I were to have just let them wait out the process. Me: Constantly been on my feet for years doing CNA work, lifting heavy dead weight senior citizens, to even sitting for years at a desk, plus hours of commute. Barely in my 40s and my legs are finally telling their age (miles) & have been super tight and aching over the last 2yrs & were getting really bad. Plus I live in an area where it can get cold as heck to even pressure effecting my legs. I spent 3 hours with these bad boys on ( I seriously, couldn't wait till I got them on.) Was so desperate for relief. It is sooo wonderful, even after I took them off. During, I could feel my blood flowing, and pulsing thru my legs for once. Took about 5 minutes to really get things flowing. Sidenote: this is such a nice way to truely validate, and appreciated your body for what it does for you. Was a very PRESENT feeling. (P.s.: Drink plenty of water when working on circulation, muscles need it 😉 ) I even have muscles twitching in my thighs right now, like their just coming back to life. A great reminder to respect your life, even if life in general is "demanding" all of your YOU time. Take time to treat yourself well guys. You can certainly roll out your legs as much as you want with a roller, but these pants target the right muscle groups, & pressure points, that you'd need several hands for all at once. Even my lower back feels better. Its like my legs were holding the rest of my body back. So I feel more balanced already. This is going to be an everyday wear for me till their fully back to life. Anyways, If they sold an upper body system for my arms, back and butt, I'd buy it in a heartbeat, (hint hint). ***I find it best to lay on the sofa vs having your feet bent in a seated chair position, elevation is key when your legs have taken a beating. I purchased this after using a compression leg unit in the hospital, which was both comfortable and effective at increasing circulation in my legs. This home version is a little more awkward to wear and doesn’t feel as successful, but is a cheap alternative that can feel good if you get them on correctly ... show more

My doctor wanted me to buy something for the circulation problems I have in my legs. I bought and use these every day. They are easy to put on and take off. They feel really good and give you different settings. They work really good. Very glad I bought them.

This was definitely a knock off. Would have returned but needed for my husband after his surgery. It does not cycle on and off u have to keep pushing buttons to restart compression and it doesn't cover the feet. The black pieces are extentions for people woth large calves. Doesn't come with instructions the model inside the box only came with instructions for model picked on rhe box. DO NOT PURCHASE ... show more
