Simple buttons for each portion that can control. Setup is also very simple. At first I thought it wasn’t as strong in pressure but I was wrong. Took a minute to really fill up. But 80 pressure was enough for me and I’ve got some big calves and thighs. 120 pressure would be too much. Starts at 50 pressure. Maxes at 120. Minimum 20 minutes and max 30 minutes.     • These work to reduce swollen feet and legs

I am having problems with swollen feet and lower legs, so I bought these leg sleeves. They are a bit hard to get into/on if you have flexibility issues, but it CAN be done. My husband usually helps me zip in! These sleeves have a choice of 3 different settings for compression, time settings from 20 minutes to 25 to 30, and how much pressure you want. I thought I'd try these out and I thought I could jump right in and use the "medium" pressure settings. Not a good idea! After one inflation cycle I turned the compression down! I will have to work up to the higher compression! Do these sleeves really compress? Do they help swollen legs? Is it hard to use? Yes, they really compress. Yes, they help swollen legs by applying pressure in stages up your legs to work the blood back up your legs. Is it hard to use? No. After I get them on, I set the timer and pressure and choose the program...then I recline a bit and before you know it, I drift off to sleep. They are not uncomfortable at all. Since the machine automatically quits after the time you've specified, you can relax and sleep if you want-it will do what you want and then shut itself off. This seems a quality unit. Recommendation: Be aware of the size of the sleeves themselves. Get the sleeves that will fit comfortably around your legs or you won't be able to zip them shut. My leg sleeves are a bit too long, but I had to get the size that would fit the circumference of my leg--so they are a bit long. They still work well! ... show more

The system is very quiet while operating. After only a few uses, I no longer have to get up during the night to walk off the leg cramps. I love that these are full leg. They are made if great materials and the zipper is really strong. I have very chunky legs and the swelling I have makes them larger, these are just a bit tight when putting them on so zipper is stressed yet holds up super great, the way they air up isn't effected by the amount of space my legs take inside, they still work fantastically. Ordered large, and although they are a bit long I did need large for the width of my thighs, they still work great! Shipping was quite quick as well. ... show more
