I rolled my ankle playing pickleball so was in need of a brace that I could use while playing. This one had multiple straps to tighten the areas I wanted. If you have thin enough socks, you can wear these with your shoes. The only part that felt weird were the bands on the bottom of the foot. They move around sometimes but it wasn’t much of a big deal.
