after just 7 months, both of the batteries in the pack swelled up so much that i had to pry them out of my camera. after seeing my initial review, the company reached out to me and made sure to fix the problem. they quickly sent me replacement batteries at no cost to me and their communication was excellent. hoping for a better outcome this time with the replacements. thank you for your great customer service. **UPDATE** unfortunately, one of the replacement batteries has already swelled in a much shorter time than the last 2 did. this is such a bummer since they were so nice getting me a replacement, but the product just isn't up to par. i can't keep replacing batteries after such a short amount of time. definitely need some quality control. ... show more
