It fits out FP perfectly, exactly what I was looking for. The grate goes up on the front and back. It just sits TOO high. Constantly trying to keep the fire going, difficult to get started, the coals are to far away from the wood to keep logs burning unless you keep a roaring burn going, or using small wood that burns quickly. At on point to get the logs in the grate burning I put a piece Kinlin wood under the grate to get the upper burning. Nice product. But I’m going to have to go back to what came with the fireplace and logs rolled off the back side ... show more

Is a solid piece that appears to be well made. Assembled well and quickly. One special note is that the descriptions and pictures are rather confusing - the unit I purchased (20 inch) has a triangular design rather than a rectangular one.
