It comes in two pieces you just screw them together in the middle. The whole thing measures out to be 32 inches long. At first I thought it was going to be longer, but I believe this will work just fine for my fire pit.

This item is exactly as its described. The two ends screw together so that it's easily portable when camping. My only worry is if the joint will be strong enough for continued use. Only time will tell.

The fire poker arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. This is not a single piece fire poker which would have been my preferred style. It comes in two sections, as stated, and can be easily attached by turning the end to screw it into the other section. Once together, it is very sturdy. Exactly what we needed in our camping gear to take with us for campfires. This will do the trick. And also nice that it can screw apart to fit in smaller spaces as needed (for transport/storage).

This poker is perfect for our fire pit...its very well made and the wooden handle seems good and solid...the sharp point makes moving logs very easy....it sure beats trying to do it with a stick!...its perfect for the price.

I should have measured exactly how long it would be because for a campfire poker, I was thinking it would be much longer than a regular fireplace poker. My fault though. It's as long as the description says, so no fault other than my own. Seems sturdy enough

Very good quality for an inexpensive poker. The length is as advertised and it screws together nicely. Definitely recommend if your looking for a poker that keeps your away from the heat.
