I've been using this lock for about a week on my garage entry door to my house. I wanted a lock to check remotely and secure my home automatically. At the price point, this one was exactly what I needed. Unboxing: The lock was packed exceptionally well and had a place for everything; it had no damage and was in perfect condition. Support: I needed to connect to support for an issue; they were responsive and quickly resolved it. They were professional and knowledgeable about the product I had. Installation: The installation was easy and quick. I installed it into a metal door and was worried but had no problem. The entire installation process was approximately 15 – 20 minutes. The instructions were complete and easy to read. Programming: The lock was programmed quickly and easily through the application. Remember, if you want your Amazon Echo to lock your door on command, please ensure you install the skill and enable remote locking inside the app. I've had no issues creating routines and notifications and programming the different ways to unlock the door. Overall: The lock is what I was looking for; I needed something that wasn't a deadbolt, and the knob locks that I saw were not smart locks and lacked the requirement to monitor remotely. The lock is built well, strong, and looks great mounted on my door. The multiple options to open the door through the app, key fobs, fingerprints, and access codes make it work for everyone. If you are not careful, the fingerprint sensor is susceptible to lock-outs, but the other options work just as well. The voice to let you know the door is unlocked and locked is unnecessary, and I'd prefer it to beep. It would be good to be disabled from the app. I'm happy with my purchase; the above issues are separate from the five starts I gave the lock. We got this lock for our courtyard gate after several failed systems. According to my handyman, it was easy to install and the setup was a breeze. Fingerprint entry is awesome and works well! I had an issue with sharing access with my family members but was able to resolve quickly with the help of the customer support team (which has a phone number, email address and texting option).     • Pretty decent smartlock
Easy to use. Issue with fingerprint feature is that while the instructions say they record your fingerprint 8 times, it's actually only 4 times, which makes it less accurate. I have another TTLock smartlock, and for some reason the codes get mixed up in the app between the two smartlocks. For whatever reason, the master code for this fingerprint lock was dropped altogether. I still like it overall, especially for the price. ... show more

I have yet another update and its a good one. If you are consisering buying this lock you should definitely do it. Not only does the newer model have some serious upgrades, its easier to install then the older one. Their customer service is absolutley phenomenal. I bought their first model and it unfortunately broke after the warranty was up. I never contacted them about it, I did however leave the first review below. Well they read what I wrote then emailed me saying they wanted to make it right and offered to send me a replacement or reimburse me if I bought another one already. I chose the new lock and they sent me their newest model!!! I love it!!!! The keypad is sharper and more accurate. The app is the same but it feels stronger and seems to be way more durable then the previous one. Thank you guys so much, I appreciate it more than you know, you are truly amazing!!!! Update to my post original post located below!!!! I was pleasantly surprised by the company contacting me last week with an email apologizing for the door handle breaking and offering to replace the broken lock or compensate me for a new lock if I had purchased another already. That is freaking awesome in my book. How often do companies have customer service that says we care. Well lets see what happens and if they do come through with a new lock to which I would be so greatful. I will keep you all posted and hope to be in awe of their amazingness and not ranting and raving mad. I loved the keyless entry, making personalized passcodes for my family, and the fingerprint scanning was extremely useful. However about a month or so after installing the outdoor handle began sagging and then last night 10 days after warrantly expires my 10 year old daughter punched in her code went to turn the hande and it snapped off in her hand. I really enjoy how well this product functions especially for my business !! If I ever have a change of employees it's great not having to change the locks. I can just delete their passcode and move on!! I love the key tags to unlock the doors.. make it super convenient when your hands are to full to use finger print or passcode entry !!
