My hair stylist used this blow dryer on me and I loved it, I bought one for 125.00 on Amazon. I had it for not even 2 moths when it would only blow hot air. I never dropped it. I take very good care of all my hair tools. I have something to set each one of my hair appliances in for this reason. I called and emailed them several times and finally gave up. I am a nurse and work 12 hour shifts, I take care of my stuff and don’t have time to keep calling. I am giving this 0 stars for that reason. The blow dryer, when it worked was great. I am very disappointed in their customer service and would not buy ANYTHING from that brand again.I still have original box and everything that came with it. I didn’t expect something that expensive would break so fast and they don’t care. I did read a review that the temperature didn’t work for others. Smooths hair, dries quickly, and is exceptionally lightweight. After using this dryer at a fine hotel, I bought it immediately. It's a steep price tag, but I'm very very happy with this purchase and how my hair looks. $160 retail price is a bit steep, so I hope that it lasts for several years. This dryer is incredibly light weight which I love and all the attachments are great. But it’s a little hot on the high heat setting. Let’s off a smoke as it’s burning the hair of left in a section to long. So I only recommend using on medium or low.
