  • Amazing sustain
According to the decal on the head stock it's a Fender Telecaster, technically true, but it's really something else. This is a unique guitar with 25" scale, a set neck, Seymore Duncan p90 pickups, and an Adjusto-Matic bridge. If you were playing blindfolded you might think it was a Gibson, without the neck dive. But it's got a semi-hollow, single-cut, ash body and you can definitely dial in that classic telecaster twang. It's got sustain for days, I've played other well built guitars but never one that can hold a note this long. I just wanted a tele with p90s, but this is so much more. ... show more

  • Wouldn’t buy again
This is a really unique looking and sounding guitar. The quality is bad. The input jack had to be fixed within a week of playing it. The frets were very sharp and needed to be filed down. There was terrible fret buzz on the A and D strings. The fretboard is not smooth. I got this guitar at a great discount but I am still considering sending it back. I’m worried about having to continually fix it. I would not recommend this guitar unless you’ve played one and love it. ... show more

  • Nice, interesting guitar.
I played one a friend owns at a couple of gigs and really liked it. Had been professionally set up. The Seymour Duncan P-90’s sound great for everything from twang to lead. I lined the shorter (Gibson-like) scale length. Nice build quality and beautiful appearance. But - I can’t see paying $1100 for a guitar made in Indonesia, which is why I gave it only four stars. I’ve seen them used for $500. Ultimately, I preferred my Fender Road Worn Tele (which Premier Guitar Magazine highly recommended) but I still like it a lot. Would highly recommend it at a price lower than $1100. ... show more

Love the feel, the meaty tone, and fun to play.

  • Too Expensive
It was crafted in Indonesia! WHY is it more than a THOUSAND DOLLARS?

  • Nice looking but not too much more than that.
I got one from Wildwood...So I picked out the exact guitar, weight and all. Just didn't bond with it...but I'm old and played all my life so I know what works for me. Many people love it so...I was lucky in that Wildwood let me send it back and I wound up with another guitar from them that I do like. Didn't like the feel of the fretboard or the sound from the pickups. Maybe I got a dud? Good luck! ... show more
