Had this for about two months and it has been great so far. Our other heater lights up red at the bottom where the heat comes out - this one does not. I prefer with the red light because it warns you that that area is hot, but nevertheless a great product. The fire looks very realistic (many people have asked if it’s real), and it seems to be more effective at heating our space than our whole house heater! We have one downstairs and one upstairs (different brand upstairs) and these are great for keeping a space warm. Also, our downstairs is quite spacious, and this heater still does a great job warming the space. Note: I was concerned about the legs when I was attaching them because they did not look very high quality - plastic from what I can tell - and I was worried they might melt as I have seen pictures of this happening with other brands, but this has not seemed to be a problem so far, and the heat does not hit the legs. Size: perfect size for a small or semi large space. Effective in heating both. I have noticed that the plug and wire gets a little warm if on the high settings, but we usually set it at about “11:00” and it comes on an off which allows time for cooling in between. The media could not be loaded. What a great heater! Love the look of a buck stove. The door opens which is super cute. The controls are inside behind the door which include separate power buttons for heat control and flame control. Flames look realistic. It isn’t very loud which is also nice. It does put out a good amount of heat. The only assembly required is attaching the legs. Great heater for the price! ... show more

This gives out great heat and looks good. It said it would cut off automatically once it reach a certain temperature, but I can not tell if it does.

    • This is the cutest little fireplace/stove ever!!!
It's still hot here so I haven't used the heat yet but I'm so happy with the flame effect and overall cuteness that I don't care. I bought it for the coziness in my tiny 250 sq. ft. studio. My tiny studio has baseboard heat which lacks the cozy feel I was going for. Can't wait for winter!
