Looking for a wider press and this is it. I can now press larger shirts without having to move them around. The press already has the press mats on it so you don’t have to worry about placing teflon sheet over your item.

Love this press. The size is great for bigger projects. The bottom plate pulls out with ease. It does take a little time to heat up, that's because of it's size. We'll worth the money!

    • Good press but don't spend the extra money on the one that pulls out.
It's a good press but I bought the one that pulls out and it's next to impossible to pull it out. It was a waste of the extra money and if it was worth returning and ordering the cheaper one I would.

I’ve only had this press a few weeks and used it a handful of times but I LOVE it! The size allows me to work with large prints in a single press. The pullout tray gives me more room to work without worrying about the hot upper plate. It is a big workhorse! The only cons I have is it takes a while to heat to full temp but is understandable due to the surface size it has to heat up. It also runs 10 degrees warmer. Buy it!     • Bottom will not pull out.
The media could not be loaded. I’m not sure if mines is defective or if I was sent the wrong model? Maybe it can be user error but mines is not pulling out? Do you guys see anything I’m doing wrong?

    • Short out and went dead
I have the 16x24 heat press and today when i put it on it short out. The power switch was on and then turn off (light) and the temperature controller was working and it went dead as well. Did not last a year.

I was very hesitant to order this press because of negative reviews but I decided since my other press is the same brand, that I would go ahead and get it. It's perfect! I don't really use the slide out, but it slides out just fine despite other reviews saying otherwise.

Great product until it broke down about a year after purchase. The customer service however is NON-EXISTENT! It's been over a month and I have gotten nowhere in the way of guidance or resolution. The US phone number listed has a voicemail box that is full and no longer taking messages. My only means of communication is through Facebook Messenger and I get an answer between 3 and 4 days! I took pictures, video, etc upon request, only to have to remind them the problem was not solved. One part is obviously heat damaged, but the "tech" skipped on that and recommended to simply shorten the burnt wires and reconnect! Are you serious? Addendum: I ended up purchasing replacement parts off of Amazon and repairing the press myself. Support was absolutely useless and NO attempt was made to either guide me of send me the small parts I needed. All they did was asking for pictures I had already sent... a common technique used by people who have NO interest in helping their customer. Everything they tried was to exhaust me and drive me away... It worked. I no longer had time to deal with their useless nonsense. The press was an investment of over $550 and I sure hoped it would last longer than a calendar year before braking down. Terrible company as far as customer support is concerned. Addendum: multiple attempts to communicate with customer support both via email or social media were a futile exercise in bad english and obvious lack of interest in helping out a customer with clear indications or parts support. I ended up buying my own replacement parts and trouble shoot, repair, replace both heat presses we had purchase from this bozo outfit.
