I got this to help with my snoring and while it has not helped as much as I liked it has helped some. I can add though that it has helped my neck not hurt as much when I wake up , my shoulders also feel a lot better and I sleep much better. The pillow has relieved a lot of my neck pain and has greatly improved my sleep overall. It does feel a little low to me but I requested the insert to go under it. Ot's a great product & I will review again once I receive the insert.

    • No more neck and back pains for a stomach sleeper!!!
I thought I would try this pillow on the advice of my chiropractor. Before that, I had no success sleeping comfortably with the name-brand pillows that I had purchased. What a relief it's been since my initial use. It immediately started easing my neck and upper back pains which had gotten to an unbearable level. It supports my head and neck correctly, allowing me to sleep comfortably, and "No more snoring" which was keeping my wife from having a comfortable night's sleep (my snoring is not rhythmic at best). Now, a good night's sleep with the Famedio Cervical pillow lets me have much more productive days! I have been using it for about 5 weeks now and it still works as well as when I first purchased it. This pillow works so well, I bought one for my mom who had similar health issues and she loves it! All in all, it has been a great purchase that has worked very well for my back and neck pain. This could be a great pillow... just isn't for me. The zipper in the back scratched me badly because it's too big and pokes out. It has not solved my neck issues at all. Like I said, it could be a great pillow, just not for me

If you're looking for neck support. . . No. . . 0 out of 100. The first time in weeks that my neck actually hurt was when I used this. What works for neck pain is two gel waffle wheelchair cushions stacked in a pillow case, but aesthetically leaves something to be desired when the bed is made so I purchased this pillow because it proclaimed to do the job of neck pain relief and still has enough of a pillow shape. It's garbage went back to the wheelchair cushions, I sleep great now. ... show more

I like this pillow because it allows me to keep my neck straight, no matter what position I sleep in. I have osteoarthritis in my neck & back so good sleep posture is a must. I highly recommend this pillow. The only thing missing would be a fitted, zippered pillow case.

In all my years with Amazon I have never written a review but this pillow deserves one. I usually use a traction pillow and regularly go to the chiropractor so have a normal range of motion for my neck that is the most I can get. Not true once I used this pillow. I have used it for over 2 weeks and I can now look all the way up at the sky, which I could not before. My shoulders are not as stiff and tight as they normally are, and I love that I can sleep on my side knowing I am in the proper position. Having the insert that can be removed for the proper height for me was great as well. I will never go back to any other pillow. ... show more
