I love this reformer. It’s construction is sturdy and finished perfectly. The seller was in constant communication about delivery and worked with the delivery team to get it to us before a trip. The shipping company provided excellent customer service. We are in our 70s and insisted that they would do the heavy lifting to get it to our door. Can’t say enough about how pleased I am. Now I can do Pilates at home and not pay high fees for club membership. There is only one thing I’d change. The shoulder braces are hard. Wish they were cushy. I had Pilates Power Gym Pro which was just okay for occasional use. When I decided to make Pilates my primary workout routine, I purchased this Faittd reformer. I am SO glad I did. It’s like going from a compact car, to a luxury sedan. I am very happy with it. It arrived partially assembled, and was really easy to complete on my own. The company was great about keeping in contact throughout the delivery process, followed up afterwards, and any other question I had was answered within 24 hours.
