They asked me to send them pictures of the broken latch and my Amazon order number so they could send a gate replacement, not just a latch replacement. Cons: the latch arrived broken. It took a long time to fix it at home. You'll need a flash light and a lot of patience! Pros: it fits a very large space and is still very sturdy and secure. Very tall for a gate. Looks very nice. Would repurchase.

Purchased this gate for my new puppy who was 6 weeks old when I got her. Of course the gate was perfect and easy to install! NOW that my puppy is 8 months old and the latch is broken and the gate will not snap close so it’s $150 down the drain completely useless . Tried to contact the company with no success so I can say Probably should have purchased the EXTENDED warranty!! ... show more

It's really great and would be perfect if it weren't for our English bulldog. He likes to sit basically on it and his butt pushes it crooked and that loosens the whole thing up eventually and I have to readjust the whole thing. That said, our German shepherd jumps up and puts his paws on it from time to time and it's perfectly fine with that. Honestly, I was concerned about spending this much on a gate, but I'm so happy I did. I also think that if I mounted it to the wall with screws rather than just the pressure mounts it would solve my issue. I will probably do that soon. Love the height! ... show more
