  • Great for At Home Workouts
I have Lipolymphedema (primary Lipedema and secondary Lymphedema), and it is critical for me to stay active. Since the pandemic I have had to look for other options of getting activity in, and finding a stationary bike that can support my weight was proving difficult, until I found this one! My husband quickly put it together, but it is a bigger job than my expectations, I thought it was going to be mostly put together, unfold and add seat and pedals (that is not the case, but they provide the tools needed and within an hour it was done and ready for me to try it out. With Late stage Lipedema, my legs are large and heavy, but I was able to swing my leg over the bike and get my feet in the pedals on my own (something I sometimes need help with at the gym). The seat is very roomy and supportive, and the bike overall feels incredibly stable. Especially given that you can fold it and roll it away. Even my daughter is glad to have it in the house, since she cannot get to the gym. Now I do not think this is a replacement for a high end bike like a Pelaton, but for our needs (and our budget) it was perfect. UPDATE: It has been almost a year that I have had the bike, and not only did I use it for my Annual Lipedema Fitness Triathlon last June (and plan to use again this June), I started using the bike with the Peloton App (which is so reasonably priced when you use your own bike, $12 a month, and not just for cycling classes, they have strength, meditation, so many other classes, that you also get access to). The bike is just as solid today as it was last year, and I recommend it to everyone. ... show more

  • Great for the big and tall, but it is not a bike you can stand on
I'm 6'4" tall, 350lbs and this bike is sturdy as can be and fits my frame. Very pleased with it after just the first workout. I opted for the 575 because of the higher levels of resistance (16 vs 8) and the digital panel. I am very happy I went with option. It allows 2 users and you can program your height and weight. It's as easy as pushing a button to change the resistance vs a dial. It tracks calories, speed and distance. The speed function is very helpful when watching a spin class. The seat is comfortable as can be. No numb butt at all in my workout. I had debated about spending a fortune for either the Peleton or Nordictrack, but opted for this for now because of my size. I'm glad I did. I downloaded the Peleton channel for Roku and subscribed to their workouts for only $13 a month. I honestly couldn't be happier because it has live classes and recent classes on demand. I get the same workouts for a fraction of the price. The only con is that because of the pedal position in the front under the handlebars, you cannot stand on the bike and pedal. You will bang your knees on the handlebar. So, for the workouts that call for you to stand, I simply up the resistance instead (i.e. go from 5 to 8). This seems to work just as well. December 2021 UPDATE: COMPARISON TO BOWFLEX C6 / OTHER BIKES So, I opted to finally purchase the Bowflex C6 during Black Friday. There is no comparison. While I still love my purchase, there simply is no comparison to a regular exercise bike. This bike is great for the big and tall who don't want to spend a lot of money when they are not sure whether they will exercise at home and are possibly purchasing a future coat/clothes rack. I loved this machine, and while a 30 minute workout ranging from level 8-16 was good, the Bowflex kicked my a-- with the Peleton app. So, I would recommend this for nothing but to make sure you will exercise at home. It will give you a good workout, but it will not compare to a regular stationary bike. ... show more

  • BUYER BEWARE! Absolutely Non-existent Customer Service
Honestly, I loved this bike for the first 20 uses. It seemed amazing for the price and gave me a great workout until it broke. Not even 6 months after purchasing, the chain snapped under completely normal use and I can't for the life of me get ahold of anyone on customer support for a replacement. I've tried multiple phone numbers, emails, and support chat all to no avail. I wish I would have read the Yelp reviews on this company because everyone else is having the same issue with response. It's quite a scam they're running. Now I have a $300 piece of junk taking up space in my house. ... show more

  • Strong bike
This bike was easy to assemble and it is super solid! It folds easily and I can move it into a corner to save space when I’m not using it. You can tell this bike is made for big people. I’m over 300 lbs and the bike doesn’t strain at all under me even when I’m out of the saddle. The seat is comfortable and easily adjusted. The only thing I wish this bike had was adjustable handlebars. I’m tall so the bars are a little low for me in and out of the saddle. It connects seamlessly to the myCloudFitness app via Bluetooth that will save and track your workouts. Just know you will need to adjust tension in the app and not on the bike controls. It took me a bit to figure that out. I’m still using the free month trial but I think I will keep it because it has other workouts other than just spin classes. All in all, great purchase. Definitely worth the money. ... show more

  • Cool and comfortable little bike.
It's a nice bike for the money. Quiet, comfortable, and so far reliable. I have only used it about 10 times so far, and I like it. Comes with the tools you need to put it together. A lot of it is pre-assembled, so don't freak out when you open the box. Following the instructions, I put it together in about 40 minutes. The second time around I can do it in less. Follow the instructions and you'll be fine. I can't speak to long term, but so far it's good. Works up a sweat during the never-ending lockdowns in my town. The app is cool too, even the free version. All you need is the motivation to get on it and pedal. Put on a good show and pedal away. ... show more
