    • Most convenient phone holder for car ever! Super strong magnet.
This works great in my Acura RDX. The magnet is strong enough to hold the phone steady no matter the road conditions. Driving around Colorado Springs is certainly not smooth due to all the pot holes, and the phone never fell once. Highly recommend!

*(SEE UPDATE below)* 5 star for new product received * I love how simple this cell phone holder is. It doesn't budge either even while typing in directions or texts. It takes up very little space on the dashboard but you have to be mindful of where you put it bc it won't adhere to everything. In the heat, forget it, it will fall off the dash multiple times even without the phone.. I would say this needs some improvement. I hate when it falls off and gets dust n grim on the sticky part then I have to reattach and it is never as strong as it once was. Plus it does not come with any extra stickers so your kinda SOL. Overall I'm 50/50 on it. I do use it everytime I'm in the car but need to get more stickers for a backup during these 95 degree days 😳 **UPDATE** - considering the persistence of the seller lol I am updating my review since I received a whole new product from the seller at no cost. This was a surprise to me & greatly appreciated. The new product is holding up well and I've used it a handful of times already. It seems much sturdier & although not what I originally wanted definitely seems more practical overall. It is much better then having to hold my phone in my hand or cup holder! After receiving the phone holder, I noticed that the magnetic will only magnet to your phone when you put on the metal pad on your phone. The only issue with that is if you are doing wireless charging. If you put that metal pad to your phone, either on the phone itself or on the case; you cannot wireless charge your phone. I have tried it and It would not charge at all due to the phone not touching the charging pad. In my line of work, I am always in my company car and I cannot use the adhesive pad because others are using it too and by using it, I would have to pull and put it back on again which will destroy the adhesive on the phone holder. For those that can, best of luck. I gave this a 3/5 because of the magnetic pad. I like the style but do not like the magnetic pad because I can't wireless charge my phone. I will be returning this back. Update: After some time, I spoke with the company and explain the situation with the phone mount. They understood my situation and helped fix the issues with the phone mount. I appreciated their time and effort and their concern for their customers, I was able to replace my phone with a better one that would suit my needs for my job. It is a 5/5 for their effort and their time and the attention to please their customer and willingness to do an exchange or refund for their customers. ... show more

Worked great for about 20 months. I loved it, until the magnetic head became stuck and popped off when I attempted to adjust it. After re-attaching the ball joint, the movement was much too loose, rendering it unusable. Still deserves 3 stars, because it was worked perfectly up until then.

April, 2019 I've added a star for exceptional customer service. They contacted me and offered a refund and/or a different product to atone for my minorly negative review. Their product is fine, it's the 3M adhesive they ship with it that won't work in my hot, dry Arizona desert climate. Aug, 2018 I've been searching for a long time for the ideal holder and this one is almost it. The metal plate attached to the back of the phone seems to be adequate but I put mine directly onto the phone so I don't know how well it would adhere to a soft plastic case. I do know that sticking the holder to a dashboard with a 3M quarter size double sticky will not work. The area is too small, the 3M adhesive isn't really that good on a hot dash and most importantly you only have a chance if you can stick it to an absolutely smooth flat surface. That is not the definition of a dash board. Until they get a better method of attaching to a dash our cell phones are going to end up on the floor. After several days use I like it a little better. I knew from experience that I couldn't attach it to my dash with the supplied adhesive so I attached a strong round magnet instead and then used a clear industrial adhesive to mount a matching magnet to the dash. That is an ideal mount because I could put it where it was most convenient not just where I thought it most likely to stick. Once mounted I can easily tilt the phone within the limits of the ball joint and also spin the phone from horizontal to vertical just as easily. This would be a top notch holder if they would build a second magnet into the stand and supply a second metal dirsc with some thick liquid adhesive to attach it to the dash.
