Installed the first one in March. I had to use the dash pad as my dashboard was not flat. It attached well and left no gaps between it and the dashboard. The phone holder fit on the pad, and has stayed there since. It works very well, seems pretty rugged. Easy to put your phone in, keep it there securely, and remove. For the second one, I also had to use the dash pad. For some reason, they changed the dash pad. It does not contour to the dash as well as the first, leaving a little gap. Tough phone holder and both methods of using it (suction cup or attached to your heater vent) are well thought out. I went with the vent because it's easier to remove, and summer heat could be a problem on the dashboard next year.

There is NO beating this product… everything about it is as premium as it gets.. I did not know that it came with so many different accessories for mounting purposes, until it had arrived in the mail. It comes with a vent mount, and I’ve never seen a mount like the one it provides. It twists out and becomes longer so you can customize the fit for any vent size which I really liked. Makes me feel better about it (if i were to ever use it which I probably wouldn’t but it’s nice to know the option is a safe bet if necessary) It also comes with a very nice mount pad that has an awesome grip material for the dashboard if that’s where you’d prefer your mount to go. Finally .. Down to the window mount, which is where I chose to put mine. The material is the same as the center base grip pad it comes with, extremely durable material! I used a window cleaning wipe and micro fiber towel to prep the surface with before installation, and it has not fallen or given me any trouble. I decided to mess with it and move it around one day and it was STUCK on there good haha. Excellent product! But the arm moves 360 degrees & the arm also comes out and has so many different options for range of motion, which I am very impressed by. I did end up buying a second one because I showed my mom this mount and she loved it so much she asked if she could have it hahaha, so I gave it to her and now am ordering a 2nd one!
