Over 90 years ago, William R. Hiller and his two sons began building a reliable bookbinding business. The old Provo book Bindery has emerged as one of the best bookbinding resources in the United States. • SO HAPPY TO FIND THIS ITEM
I purchased the Evolution machine many years ago and I love the performance of how the machine works. Everything comes out perfect every time. I did not order the motor when I purchased the machine as I thought it was too expensive. Years & years later, imagine how happy I was to see the motor for sale on Amazon for a ridiculously low price. I immediately ordered one and tried it immediately upon arrival. This is a crafters dream, I absolutely love it. I immediately ordered a second one as I am now prepared for the future of maybe a malfunction. I craft like crazy so I won't be surprised if I wear out the first motor. No worries, I have a back up. So happy for these purchases and so happy I found them on Amazon! ... show more

  • It really does turn the Evolution into an electric die-cutter.
I purchased the WRMK Evolution Advanced die-cutter because I wanted a somewhat less expensive device, and I liked the option to make it electric at a later time. The motor was inexpensive, and performs as advertised. The only thing I don't like about it is that the motor only runs while the switch is being depressed. I would have given its rating one less star for this, but die-cutting only takes a few seconds, anyway, so it's still pretty easy to use. The motor only adds about 3 inches to the Evolution's footprint, so it is not in the way on my dining table full of craft supplies. ... show more

  • Fits perfectly and nice addition
It does exactly what it is supposed to do - replaces the cranking mechanism on an Evolution Advanced with a motor. It is a little noisier than I'd like, but it works well. For comparison purposes, it is louder than my Cricut Explore Air, quieter than my Cricut Maker, and comparable to my friend's Gemini. I probably won't take it to crops because of the increased footprint as well as the noise, but it is a nice and welcome addition to my craft room. It will save your hand from repeated cranking (good for arthritis), but it doesn't free up a hand for other uses. The "on" button has to be held down the whole time it is running. It was significantly cheaper on Amazon than anywhere else. ... show more

  • Motor to help pass things through the Evolution Advanced embossing and cutting machine
I have been watching the price on the motor for the Memory Keepers Evolution Advanced to come down. I wasn't sure I would ever need the motor because it would be most useful if I were making a really large number of embossed or letter press items, and I don't do that very often. Since the price was the lowest I had seen it and I wasn't sure how long it would be available this seemed a good time to get the motor. It attaches to the Evolution Advanced machine where the manual crank handle goes on the side of the machine. The motor has a plastic covered button that you press and it automatically cranks the embossing or die cutting platform through the machine. It works like a charm. The motor can be removed and the manual crank reapplied if wanted. I did that to make it easier to store since the motor sticks out more than the crank does. ... show more

  • No more cranking
Easy to use. It is a little noisy but it works.Have wanted this since the first Evolution came out but the price was too much. So glad for the mark down.
