UPDATE: Excellent customer service. Company reached out to me after submitting my inital review to make things right. They ended up replacing the product and were especially professional in their approach. Hopefully they upgrade the product with a nicer zipper because it is a good product otherwise. All it needs is a zipper with a bottom stop on it. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This pillow has a ton of support and is a great idea. The issue is that they used the cheapest possible zipper and the one and only time I tried to unzip it, the zipper ripped right off and I cannot reattach it. Money wasted. I purchased this pillow back in 2019 after the lumbar pillow for my DX Racer chair went flat. Since then it's held up very well and has suited my needs. The only complaint I might make is it isn't as firm as I would like it to be. It takes a little tweaking to fit a gaming chair but by pulling the straps under the backrest and through the holes on the upper half and crossing them over like shown in my example it allows you to slide it up and down for adjustments. ... show more
